The Project
Replacing the previous project manager, we were appointed to deliver the project within a tight programme ensuring approvals to start onsite were in place from Network Rail and London Underground , due to the adjacent Jubilee Line and viaduct.
100 Union Street is a new build four-storey office that implements progressive and flexible workplace design. The design has a raw industrial features with bare shuttered concrete, crittall-style glazing and exposed services.
We provided Project Management and Employer’s Agent services and quickly integrated with the existing team to negotiate the main building contract.
