Steve Slade
Finance DirectorSteve is a visionary finance director. He has been the major force behind Buro Four’s transformation into an employee-owned business. He also, as one might expect, keeps a very close eye on the numbers. He likes a spreadsheet.

David Boles
DirectorDavid is responsible for building Buro Four’s excellent reputation in the regions. He runs lively and hardworking offices in Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds. His particular interest is in building Buro Four’s future as a digital business.

Stuart Flaxton
DirectorStuart has industry leading experience acquired over 20 years working with corporate occupier clients. He is also responsible for all London office operations, making sure that every one of Buro Four’s projects are running smoothly. Stuart is becoming used to very long days.

Tony Smith
DirectorTony originally trained as a quantity surveyor and works out of Buro Four’s London office. He has over 30 years’ experience in the property and construction industry. Out of the office, Tony has maintained a lifetime’s passion for squash and racquet ball.

Peter Inskip
DirectorPreviously a quantity surveyor, Peter made the switch to project management around 15 years ago. He is a robust and personable leader who strives to understand client’s objectives and ensure satisfaction. His current work on the new Museum of London project is keeping him very busy.

James Foreman
DirectorJames has a long established track record of engineering and refurbishment projects across London and Europe. He also works with Buro Four’s leading corporate occupier clients. When (and if) James has any spare time you can find him cycling, running, playing with his three boys or at the opera.

Emily Slupek
Project DirectorBefore joining Buro Four, Emily was an associate director at a London-based development company. Her knowledge of property and construction law is considerable. Emily studied Languages and Linguistics at university, before qualifying as a surveyor post graduate.

Finola McNulty
Project DirectorFinola’s unrivalled experience as both a structural engineer and project manager is much sought after. Buro Four’s clients have noted that her background gives Finola an added edge. She has a First Class Master’s Degree in Architectural Engineering

Rupert Seldon
Project DirectorRupert has over twenty years’ experience in construction, with a special understanding in contract management, design management and structural design. Rupert is a trained civil engineer and in his spare time he is an avid street photographer.

Lloyd Craig
Project DirectorLloyd has over 20 years’ expertise in delivering large and complex projects, particularly those in the commercial, residential and science sectors for clients including Great Portland Estates, Essential Living, University of Southampton and Delancey.

Jonathan Pascall
Project DirectorJonathan runs the Buro Four Office in Bournemouth and has worked on projects across the South and South West. Jonathan joined Buro Four over 10 years ago. In 2015 he was elected to the Buro Four Board of Trustees.

Francesca Attard
Associate DirectorFrancesca is approachable and an excellent communicator. In addition to her breadth of experience in London project management, Francesca has a solid understanding of design due to her background in Architecture.

Keith Davies
Project DirectorKeith heads up Buro Four’s residential team from the London office. He is also a much in-demand project manager. One of his current projects is the stunning Pears Building at the Royal London Free Hospital. In his spare time he coaches a youth football team.

Associate DirectorHugo is a natural communicator with an excellent understanding of the challenges that can arise on projects. His time is currently spent working between the Pears Building for the Royal Free Charity and 1-4 Marble Arch for The Portman Estate.

Ali Gorjestani
Programming and Planning DirectorAli heads Buro Four’s programming and planning team, providing invaluable advice to clients on feasibility, programme streamlining, procurement and related matters. He is a fantastic problem solver and much in demand on our most complex and challenging projects.

Julian Kent
DirectorJulian works in Buro Four’s London office. He has a wealth of experience acquired through a career spanning over 30 years in construction and project management. He is a Fellow of the CIOB and a Member of the APM. His ability to remain calm and cheerful under serious stress is legendary.

Eleanor Binns
Project DirectorEleanor is a leading light in the Manchester office and has developed expertise in the most complex of construction challenges. Her big project of the moment is University of Manchester’s MECD – the largest research building project in Europe.

Michael Axton
Associate DirectorMichael is an enthusiastic and approachable member of the Buro Four team. He has a breadth of Central London experience and has an excellent understanding of the challenges that can arise on projects. Outside of work Michael is a keen jogger and is an expert at lawn bowls.

Jamie Munson
Project DirectorJamie has built a reputation for delivering on the most complex and challenging of projects. His recent work for the Royal Academy of Arts in London was remarkable. In the office, Jamie has a passion for continuous improvement. Outside the office, believe it or not, Jamie featured in the first Harry Potter movie.

Ruth Oates
Project DirectorRuth is a leading member of the Buro Four team in London. She is a Chartered Civil Engineer and lectures engineering students at UCL and the Technical University of Denmark. One of her proudest professional achievements is her work on the London 2012 Olympic Velodrome and BMX venue.

Gary James
Project DirectorGary is a fully trained building surveyor and works from Buro Four’s Manchester office. He has been driving projects with Buro Four for nearly 20 years. He is a master at managing conflicting stakeholder expectations. His recent work at Jodrell Bank has been transformative.

Natalie Barber
Project DirectorSince joining Buro Four in 2012, Natalie has worked on some of the London office’s biggest projects. She is currently working on a major project for Anglo American and De Beers. On the weekend you may well find her at The Riverside watching Middlesbrough FC.

Martin Smith
Project DirectorMartin has a track record in central London commercial development that has seen him work with most leading real estate owners and developers. He is passionate about design and sustainability. Martin is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Andrew Cobbold
Associate DirectorAndrew is a dynamic and experienced project manager with a breadth of experience across the public and private sectors. He works in Buro Four’s Leeds office. Outside of work Andrew has been a Middlesbrough FC season ticket holder for over 25 years.
